Hello my name is Maria Bedoy founder and owner of MB Home Staging & Design. I have lived in the West Texas region for over 14 years. I am a wife and a mother to three children. I am also a real estate agent and I know how important staging can be when it comes to selling a home. My goal is to transform any home into a dream home.

For vacant staging we provide custom selection of furniture, art and accessories. Giving buyers a taste of what it would be like to live in the home.

Occupied Staging

- Written Consultation Report
- On site home organization, furniture rearrangement and neutral accessories or small pieces of furniture may be added to highlight specific areas or rooms of your house.
Starting at $99/up to 2 hours
Staging Tips
- Focus your efforts on the rooms the have the biggest potential to influence buyer's decisions.
2. First up, remove any furniture from the room that you can live without for a few weeks.
3. Depersonalizing your home- when buyers walk into a house, they don't want to feel like they are invading your home.
